We had a great fishing adventure yesterday, Sunday! Pulling in 10-14" crappie every cast for over an hour is nothing to complain about. Not to mention a few decent bass here and there. I have serious fisherman's thumb! Image

The bass were biting this evening.
Sassy shad pattern gold beetle spin. Rip and flutter from the bottom.
At one point I had 6 fish in six casts. Son did pretty good too. He might have caught the big one but it ripped a little line, got in a submerged tree and broke off.

Gosh, Rainbow, sorry, if you are serious, of course.

As for everything else... You can all STFU. I may taste the duck, but that's all!!! Image

I don't know how you did that she died two years ago. Image

I see your point, I'm always glad when I get up off of your old lady too. Carry on.

dave, LA seems interested and as sportsmen and women we should share the experience, it will be good for the ducks and she can learn to eat something else. Me and DMR are glad to help out.

I think everyone should just keep their duck to themselves. Image

He made some at the ho-down understanding that I would not eat it if it tasted like crap. I finished every piece I could get my hands on. Never liked the stuff before.

LA, that DMR is one duck cooking mofo. I did not like it either until he fixed it. I am DMR's agent and I will book him to come out to your place and we will give you the duck in private.

Flake,

I was just N. of Twain, near Hunnewell.

Dave-t,

I haven't mowed the yard yet this year. I gots a wife too. Image

It doesn't take nearly as long as when she push mowed since I taught her how to use the riding mower. She still goes to darn fast imo. Image

I'm going to have to congratulate Dave on "training" you, LA. Not many women mow the yard anymore. Image

DMR - Where were you?

L.A.,

A couple of weeks ago, I was a little North of Flake's home town.

We were playing washers, and the cracks in the ground were wide enough to put your beer in them. That's a proper beer conservation drought, but it ain't good for anything else.

Also,

I'd give you 10 to 1 odds that I could prepare duck so that you would like it. Image

Image I might question the reasoning, but I would be wrong. I don't need anymore rain. When the sun comes out, I'm gonna have to mow the frickin' yard AGAIN.

I don't like duck, btw.

LA,
We need this rain to fill up all those duck holes. I'm sure you wouldn't question God's reasoning, would you?
