Fishin and DMR,
Dang right I'd given the rig for that chicken salad. It's a company ride and I'd just have to write it off as a cost of doing business. That chicken salad was the chit. My wife got to hear about it Sunday night. She just asked when I was gonna make it for her. I think I need to try it again in a little more "lucid" condition to determine what was all in it.

The chicken salad was a new experiment. It passed the inspection for sure.

I'm thinkin' that the recipe would do justice to a knarly old gobbler breast, too. Image

And, I don't need a new wife that forces me to make my own chicken salad.......... I already gots one of those. Image
