Very useful looking setup. Has it changed the ballance of the bow?

Do you have any out of state hunts lined up this year Craig?

Samcro, just because all of us don't bow hunt (anymore) doesn't mean we aren't interested in good ideas for equipment and other hunting related topics. If more guys like you posted good info on here we might be able to get to the point where people log in to learn something. We have a ton of lurkers who don't post or complain they can't find anything on here but they don't help. We can still have fun jabbing one another but no reason it can't be informative. So why don't you jump in here an do your part to get this site going again and they same thing for all the others who tune in and don't post. Also, I think the camper story above is neat and would like to hear how that camp works out during the season, with pictures. That is all.

Are you going to hold out this year and kill something with horns? What do you base your number of 99% on...I know PS has access, since he is a gazillionaire, to hunt across the whole great state of Missouri.

Just a legitimate question here...Why did you change all that on your bow? What was wrong with it?

That was what I used to do with November. Take a solid week plus of time and dedicate it to hunting the rut and nothing else. Good luck.

I think I know where you got the inspiration for the camper. Planning any rough late season hunts?

I'm talking about the dude on AT last year in North MO from out of state in his truck camper durring the worst cold spell in my memory, and doing it on public land no less. Seems like Dec 20-Jan 15 were about the dates.

It was an awesome story and a feat not many have the balls for.
