Pork steaks and chicken brats

Smoked some pork steaks and chicken brats yesterday with a little pecan. Fine eats. Discovered the chicken brats at Sam's a couple of years ago. One third the fat and calories of regular brats and they have some great flavors. They are exceptional when cooked off the fire with light smoke.
