Ditto, Sam. At least somebody is meister of something. I was in the "other boat" that accompanied TR's pro. Those people got some really nice toys....large, expensive, fast toys. Looks like TR and I will be saving up for new toys...yeah, as if we will live that long. But that big 20 ft Ranger feels like you are on the Queen Mary....one of these days...........................

Yeah, well - there are days when I couldn't catch a cold in a doctor's office waiting room.

You guys who are hitting Bull Shoals this weekend - I'm looking for a report. About walleyes of course, but also if you happen to see anyone catching crappie or white bass I'd like to know about it.

I'll be at James River on Saturday and K Dock on Monday. I know Bull Shoals is a little later than Tablerock for the spring runs, but it's about time for things to start happening there.

Reports on success (or lack of it) will be up as soon as the guys get back home, I'm sure. CW has to go straight down to Bull Shoals dam after the tournament, and will be fishing on Sunday with Steve Case, a pro from Canada. I have no idea what we will do, but if I learn even half as much as I did riding with Juls, it will be another good day.
When the FLW tournament is over, there are going to be some really good stories to be passed on. CW is ashamed to own up to this, but when lunch time rolled around yesterday things got a bit intense when Juls read the labels on the sandwiches....but that can wait. Good luck to all this weekend at the MWAA opener....if you're going out on a non competitive fishing trip, may the Pices Gods smile on you and bend your rods with distressing regularity. Have a good one, guys. CW signing off until Sunday evening when I get back home.

They told me at the Wagon Wheel, yesterday, that his special for Saturday is a Walleye dinner. He said to tell y'all he would also sell them raw, for those that want take them home. Image Image
