Stockton 4/2/05

The weather and the fish had the ramp pretty busy at Aldrich.
Do to the boat traffic we decided to head down into the lake instead of fighting the crowd up in the Sac.
Found some whites late in the afternoon and brought home a limit of big whites. The wind quit and the whites went with it.
We were told they were catching a lot of whites and crappie up in the Sac but don't know the size.
The graph was showing almost black with "hooks" in the channel around the ramp.

Jigs and Swimming Minnows worked yesterday for us.

Not nearly as many as today. Busy, busy place. The wind got pretty rough for most of the day then just quit as it usually does.
11 whites, 1 short crappie, several blacks and 1- 16" wally.

Yeah he was.
Heading back tomorrow to see if the whites and maybe the crappie are finally moving for sure.
Hopefully those round mouth trout will be out of the way.

Yep....working. You gotta take them when they come if you're self employed. Go get 'em..... I'll try a catch up in a week or so....
