Grilled Oyster Mushroom

1 LB Oyster Mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
A dash salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
? cup wine
1 teaspoon Italian spices

Marinate mushrooms in ingredients overnight. Place mushrooms on a metal tray with holes or slots on grill for 15 minutes. Or seal in tin foil and place on grill. Serve as a side dish or over pasta or rice.

Stack the marinated oysters on a layer of sunfish or crappie. That is how we do it at camp!
