Just wanted to say thanks to all the guys who helped me down south. CW, Bad Santa Todd, Bill Ackerman, Tom, FrontRow Gary, and Karl and Dave from the Driftwood Resort...All great people. Many Thanks! Makes tough tournament results a lot easier to take for sure. I had a good prefish at Bull Shoals and Lake Cumberland, but didn't catch on the days when it mattered. That's tournament fishing sometimes and hopefully I'll get it turned around at Saginaw Bay. Image Thanks again, JC

? are you the same Jim Carroll on the Gander Mountain Bass tournament. I'm not sure if thats the exact name, but with little info, it appeared it was a tournament involving different species, I think????

Jim...thanks for the note. We're pulling for all you guys the rest of the season. When that boat has to come back to the factory, you know what to do. BTW, last time I was in Smith's, the waitress asked me, "Where's my big handsome walleye fisherman?" I told her I was standing right there, and my wife almost broke a rib when she hit me. Image
Turns out she was inquiring about you.....
Stay in touch.

JC,

No problemo. Too bad you couldn't get one of those 9 lb walleyes off my bluff during the derby!! Especially when I fished with you on Friday. Good luck at Saginaw, I'm sure you'll get some nice fish there.

Jim
Thanks for a great day on the water.

If you ever need someone to hold down the other side of the boat again just let me know.

Thanks again
Tom

Good luck Image

Hellbender...Nope, we just share the name. Hope he's catching them.

Gary...I've been using my PTSv to contour troll cranks...you're right, it's the bomb. Went out for a few days after the tourney and caught fish pulling cranks and spinners shallow...too easy. Thanks for hanging in there on that last day with me. You knew how to catch them and never said a word...that's class. Image

Tom...anytime. If we get to Norfork next year as planned, we'll do it again.

CW...keep lining them up. I need all the help I can get! Image
