I heard Mr. and Mrs. Tablerock weighed 2 nice fish today. It was the little woman's first tourney, and she caught the 3rd largest fish of the tournament. Not a bad way to break in! Image

AA & paperboy caught two fish also, the only two fish we caught in four days.

As predicted the weather was brutal, the thermometer at the marina on Friday read 100*!!!

From all the reports I could gather the prefishing was extremely slow for all. We went thru a $100 in gas and worked every arm in the lake over four days. Our fish came off gold sparkle smile blade spinners with crawlers slowing working over and around a brush pile in the back of a cove in about 30fow.

The first and second place teams both said they caught their fish on leeches. One team on brush piles at 30fow and the other in 6fow on the flats. Third place team used jigging spoons, I believe also on brush piles.

21 boats entered and it was great to meet a few of the new members and a few new partners.
