No permit that I'm aware of. The Corp has a small fee for day use, but other than camping fees, I've not run into any State park fees.

You won't need anything....the ramp at State Park is a free launch. Some of the other ramps have a $3.00 boat launch "day use fee" if you don't have an annual state park permit, but you won't need any additional permits for this tournament (other than a Missouri non resident permit...ten bucks for a three day available at the park)..except the Coyotewhacker Lifestyle Support permit, which will be available for a mere $25 as soon as I arrive. See me at the gazebo about half an hour before the pre-tourney briefing Friday evening and I will get you all fixed up. no thanks necessary....glad to be of service on this little administrative matter. $$$$$$ hehehehe....if CW can scam enough flatland touristers, this could be a very financially rewarding tournament whether I catch fish or not. No permit needed for anything except you r fishing license(please make sure you have one, because the MDC will be monitoring this tourney and you will probably see one of them at the pre-tourney briefing Friday Night). Also, if anyone fishing does not have the required fishing permit, this alone could lead to Disqualification from that day of the tournament. Everybody gets their license, it is a regular format for folks, residents or non-residents. If you have other pressing questions before the tournament, see me or one of our regular guys at the briefing Friday Night. You are going to be at this, aren't you?

I will have those Coyotewhacker Lifestyle Support permits available at the above mentioned discount price....I'm outta here, headed to the lake this morning to take care of a few errands, try to meet hunter91 out on the flats somewhere, and get situated in the marina motel. See all you guys tomorrow at the pre-tournament meeting. CW will be the guy with the big ol' low brim straw cowboy hat...startling resemblance to Charlie Daniels. Image Image Image Image

btw, I'm brining a coffee pot for those early mornings when the cafe is not open. You're welcome to drop in and wake up if you're in the 'hood.
