TR, you're a son of a 3-legged goat. I had Juls believing I was a virile 35-year-old with a nice boat. Image

So when can I start getting the senior citizen's discount at Hooters? Image

Way to go PD!!! 50 down and many to go. Just think how old we will all live to. Every day fishing is a day that doesn't count toward the end of your life. If that is the case, I think most of us are god to 200 or so.

And to think you were a third grader when I was a senior in high school....congratulations on making it another year. I'd like to repeat this message again next year, so lose the cigarettes. The beer is actually good for you...seriously...but the cigarettes are gonna take you out. Image Image Image Image

I found out Imageg is just like Russian Roulette, except with Imageg you load 6 and only remove one. Image

Thanks. Right now things seem rather bleak, as I haven't had a smoke since Sunday. Life without cigarettes is so very dull. What the heck do you do? How do you reward yourself?

Waaahh.

I would tell you how to reward yourself for not Imageg, but there are youngsters around who might start up just to get the reward for quitting....but good for you anyway. If the monkey stays on your back, remember what I told you about Welbutren....it's a prescription only program, but your insurance company would rather pay for that once than fork over for a heart transplant, lung transplant, and various inconvenient cancer treatment regimens......

I used Wellbutrin, twice, and as CW said it works well. Its only problem is that it only works when you're taking it, but if you use that time to reprogram, it can be very effective. The first time I used it, I failed in my mental side to reprogram, the second time my incentive had gone up one hundred fold and I realized I had to face my "Demons", in other words, under the influence of the drug, I made sure I didn't avoid those things I had associated with Imageg, and reprogramed myself to do them without the cigarettes.
I really believe, now, that people leave too many "triggers" hanging and unaddressed.
For me, drinking beer and coffee no longer triggers a longing for a smoke.
I had smoked for 57 years, so its possible.
