Way to go, Gary! Keep hangin' tough. Yes, you got 3 good draws--but so did your pros! Hope you take this thing. Image

Cool thread guys! My folks travel to Oahe a couple times a year for recreational fishing...and eating!
Congrats Reelxtc. Image

Even if he didn't finish in first place overall, I am pretty sure that a solid top ten finish will put him in first place in the western division. The guy ahead of him at the start of the tournament had fallen well behind Gary as of yesterday, so today should put him over the top. Way to go, big guy!....I mean, Front Row!

Hi,

Yes I did win the Co-Angler of the year in the West, which was my goal for this year. The Pros hope I don't win because they said I'm the first Co-Angler that would have a chance to win. Nice compliment from some great fisherman and good friends.

Randash and I got Big Fish of the tournament so we'll make the next edition of Walleye Insider.

Caught about 15 keeper walleye today but didn't get the BIG BITE. Needed at least one over 20 today to win the boat.

Out-freaking-standing! Now I don't feel so bad when you and Jackson kick my butt at every tournament. You worked hard for the title and certainly deserve it. Sorry about the boat, but you would have had to buy another lot to have room to store it. Hurry on back home....got a proposition for you that might be of interest. Again, congratulations on a great season. If I bring the pen, will you autograph my Walleye Insider when the article is printed??? Image

TR...you may have opened up a very large can of worms there.
If Gary gets on a roll, you're going to need that entire cooler of orange juice and other adult beverage ingredients...especially the one with the Russian sounding name. If a couple of pieces fall into place, you just might have the opportunity to hear those stories in person.Gotta get with the #1 host in SW Missouri and see what can be put together. He is the shy non-social type and really doesn't go for the party atmosphere of this bunch Image Image, but there is an outside chance he might relent...just this once. Image Image Image
