Find out when you get there...after you buy your dinner ticket Image Image

Ummm....they vary....the SBE is gonna be on the bird band raffle and they are priced according to the number on the band (s) you draw.

The Stoeger is going to be on the Poor line raffle and I believe that is the same way as the band raffle.

The bucket raffle will be a 20 spot and will get you into the gun raffle as well as a couple what not items as well.

I don't even remember the others to be honest with you. But if you are there...you will see first hand!

Late?? heck, iffin I hunt til dark, let's say 8ish, then a 2 hr drive to KC, that puts me there at 10:00pm if I leave straight from the tree.

Even if I wasn't huntin, the chances of me either draggin Momma and 3 kids to it, or leavin Momma with 3 kids to go to it... ain't real good, even if it is my B-day. Heck, whatever time I can find to get away this year, is gonna be spent tryin to kill somethin!!

Dude -

What is there? 112 days or somethin like that to be in a treestand? You can hunt the mornin...leave Columbia at 4 and have a good time....be back in the tree by about midnight if that is your gig.

What's wrong with a Rem. 1100 or 1148. I have had one for 45 years and after 10s of thousands rounds thru it it still shoots great and works perfectly. I have several more expensive shotguns, but the 1100 is the one I use when push comes to shove.

Agreed. The 1100 is a fine gun, but the 1100 is also alot heavier than the Stoeger or Benelli.
McLintock, great party, but no whiskey. We go home.

When I'm shotgun hunting I don't notice the extra pound.

Weight has never been an issue for me. Try luggin my gut around the woods and you would have an appreciation for what I am saying. Hard to beat a remington workhorse.
