How many of you have to search hard for your turkeys. I find myself having to move and search a wide area to punch one in the face. At 12:59 I can find myself plum worn out!

For you lucky ones that shoot a bird in the same area year after year, congrats! Wish I was with ya on that sometimes!

I"m just like you there. I have to cover alot of area the even find a bird around my place here. Last year I got really lucky and heard one right as I got in the woods but everyear I hae to look and walk and call and jsut keep that up.. So yeah I agree for you out there that take them around the same area every year..congrads.

I hunt mostly in Crawford co where the birds seem to be pretty tough to get on. Plum wears my arse out.

Well I couldn't tell the difference. I'd kill one heading to my yard, and after he was tagged and bagged, there would be another one moving in. I bet I saw 3-4 good toms back there after I was tagged out.
