Why in the world were you carrying a $5,000 deductible?

If your foundation is falling away, I would say you would eat that $5k deductible up about 5 minutes after the engineers and the foundation folks get there?

Snowy, that was a very intelligent insurance question...Have you ever thought about becoming an agent? Image Image I was thinking the same thing...

PS, I lived in Cape G. during the flood of 93 and have memories of things that now seem to unreal to have been true.

BJ, you have my condolences.

Same here- I lived 10 minutes from the confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers which became one big lake at West Alton. Flood damage is no fun, if you have to deal with it directly.

Hope things start going better for you BJ.

At this point I would like to thank the Red Cross for all of their help, they were up every street with food, water and cleaning supplies. If anyone of you was looking to donate to a charity my I suggest your local Red Cross, as soon as we are back on our feet we will be donating to ours.
