Tick Farm Fawn

Post by Rafe Hollister » July 27th, 2006, 8:08 am

A couple weeks ago, a game camera at a salt lick captured a very fat doe with a distinctive mark on her. The next week, that same camera got a pic of the same deer, significantly slimmer, with a very little fawn. I'm excited knowing that there's at least one up there that'll be wearing some aiming spots the first month or so of season. Image

The fawns are already grazing on clover and gardens up here.

I saw a fawn in a garden, while driving home from a fishing trip Saturday, about 1:30.

I saw a fawn the other day run across into my hunting woods-lots of spots on it. I didn't see the mom anywhere.
