I have an old black gal from down on the bayou that does my skinning and boning. She just uses that voodoo magic and that's all I can say about that.

On big deer I don't even mess with the pelvic bone anymore. I just work around it, and don't take anything off the bone structure but the meat. It makes dumping the carcass easier when it's all still in one piece. I even leave the skin attatched at the neck. No need to make more work for myself, if I can avoid it.

Thats pretty close to it, yes. About the third of the price though. However, I don't carry it. It sits back at cabin and for sawing off heads, splitting pelvic bones, etc. Otherwise everything else is deboned right where it's at no saw needed. BTW, its not a knife dumbarzze. Image Image

It looks like there's a saw blade and knife in the picture. Are you sure that you haven't found a new supplier down there in TN?

Why don't you tell us the web address of the outdoor boards you're frequenting down in TN. Oh wait they probably don't have a lot of computer usage in TN, due to the low IQs, which are even lower since you reside there now.

I can picture you walking around with that ridiculous Gerber on your belt...

Actually, if you look at it, you will see that it is indeed a Kershaw, not a "ridiculous Gerber". Jizzdribbler Image

The gerber I have used does not have a knife blade. I should have clarified. Here is a picture to help with the confusion that inherently runs rampant in you dumbforks gene pool.
