I wouldn't mind having some of that camo. I would like to have it in gray for late season.

Keith, I'm sure you'd say the same thing about Mossy Oak and Realtree, if they were giving you free camo.

I ain't bashin on Robin, just the camo. I'd be embarassed to stop at the Quick Trip and get my cup of coffee before the hunt wearin somethin like that.

You talk about that being more effective than the other more realistic camos... and to a point I'll agree that the bigger patterns do blend better at distances... but where the heck does that color pattern blend in the turkey woods??

I'm not bashing the camo, the bird, or the barn. The gun I'm not terribly fond of, but I can stomach that. The dude in the camo, he looks downright funny as he11. But, I'd say the same thing about all you fornicaters too. I'm the only cool looking one in this clan.

GWH- Robins not that short, the bird is just really long. This wasn't intended to be a Robin bashing thread, just throw him a congrats and move on you cold hearted bastages.

Kind of looks like Dannydevito@aimlow to me.

Guess that is why he calls himself aimlow....The camo is still ugly....could I have it after you are through with it?

Nope, that is where you just don't know me well enough. I would wear it but I wouldn't tell anybody that I honestly think it's the best I have used if I didn't believe it.

That is my point exactly...most hunters are concerned with looks more than effectiveness.

That is a big turkey. Probably would make a good wall mount.

And this is my point, Keith@AimLow. What proof do you have that ASAT is more effective than anything WalMart sells? What if I`m wearing an ASAT shirt with Mossy Oak pants? If I spook an animal which pattern is to blame? I have lots of questions.

But it was a long time ago, and it was just that one day.

They guys that use ASAT and Preditor camo swear by it. In black and white photos that stuff really does disapear. With that said, I really don't give a chit.

Also, I never wear camo in public. I have it put away until hunting season, or it is to worn out to wear at all.

I have no proof Tony. Like I said, I can only speak from my experience of walking up on the guys I am hunting with or watching them walk through the brush or across a field, etc. As far as me seeing them, there is a substancial difference in ASAT blending in with the terrain vs. other camos I have seen. No proof, just my own observation.

Ok...

I am almost 4 foot tall, so give me a break.

Ya, the camo is ugly, but it works better than any other stuff I have ever wore. I could give a couple recent examples, but why? Oh ya, so far, they aren't even an actual sponsor for 2007...

It's kinda funny that even our friends assume we do things for money or product, when in fact, we have turned down money sponsorships because the product wasn't what we wanted to use, or because the folks running the company weren't the kind of folks we wanted to be associated with.

Heck ya, I put away the bow. Believe it. I am bored to death of sitting in that dang blind staring at empty fields.

My slate from TTN sweetly coaxed him to fly across a water filled ditch to close the last 25 yards. Disclaimer: TTN isn't a sponsor...you can go ahead and believe me and get one of his calls if you have been thinking about it. That slate is sweet as can be.
