Further, I find suspect any post that begins with either, "This is no lie" or "I tell you the truth"
This is my opinion.

No doubt, then followed up with
Now here's the kicker
I do recall losing another arrow, but I found it the following fall. I could never figure why I couldn't find it in the first place. I lost another one on a turkey I shot 2 years back. But, that is not a deer. BTW boys, I can count on one hand the number of misses on deer since 1992. One was last year on TTTim's neckslashed buck. I missed a 10 pointer 2 or 3 years back that I grunted in that was chasing a doe hard, and I missed one in the fall of 96 that I was shooting for a buddy of mine. He said he would tag it and I shot over her back. Before that, I had not missed a deer in 4 or 5 years running. Oh, and the IL buck that I hit 7 inches behind the shoulder, that was a miss too, but his rack is now in the trophy room. Okay, let the ribbing begin.

I can tell you this; I have missed more deer with a gun or ML than I have with a bow since 92. I have only ML hunted 2 years, but the first day I ever did, MoBuck was with me. I missed 2 deer that day. Killed 2 as well. The first year I owned the HFA, I missed a big 8 pointer twice. I finally connected on the third shot and put a 4th in his neck for good measure. It sounded like a war on those 2 days of hunting I can promise you that.

Nope. Just fortunate to have hunted a really nice piece of property for many years. Now, I am fortunate enough to own a couple of pieces very near to it. I grew up hunting Mingo and the MTNF. I learned to hunt there. Here, it is much different. Has nothing to do with hunting ability.

Rompola is razzing my ass Snowflake. Your squinty eyed ass can't see that? Lonepine, don't make me take you down. Let me tell you, I learned how to speedload a ML that day MoBuck was down here. It was pretty humorous. That was the year I went after the 10 deer mark. It was plumb ridiculous the type of hunter I became.

I would agree with you there Rompola Jr. However, all I killed were sammich bucks in the MTNF. But, killing a sammich buck down there, is like killing a 125" deer up here in my opinion. Well, I did kill a monster on Duck Creek back in 1988, but that isn't the MTNF. May as well be though. Seeing a deer down in that neck of the woods can be considered an accomplishment to some degree.
