ttt....

2b - How'd you come out on firewood? I can probably come up with some storm wood, but don't want to mess with it if we don't need it.

I have a trailer and can lug some wood out that way. Were covered. Thanks

I think my wifey ( Gloria ) is going to tag along as well. She heard me talking about a stoking up a fire, eating, and drinkin. Next thing was " Why was I not invited ". Image Image

I've never been to the place. Got on MDC's website and printed one of the area maps/brochures. I like all the strip pits and such. Looks like a place I need to take the boy this summer for some fishing!

It is pretty good fishin. I go out there with my belly boat and have a ball on some of the smaller strip pits.

OF,

They're is some good fishin. It's like most other public places, get away from the roads. Image

I still don't know if Kingfisher is gonna show. If he does, the firewood dilemna will cease to exist. Compared to Brian, a darn gypsy travels light. Image

How many folks are gonna wuss out if the weather is clear, but on the cool side ? (like the 30 to 40 degree range)

If there's no precip, I'd still opt for an outdoor event.

30-40's ain't poopoo. May not be able to wet a line, but I can darn sure drink in that temperature. But I'm still gonna do some 'splorin' to see what the strip pits are like to see if I want to come back with the boy in warmer weather.
