Holy maroly, Hellbender, 57 YEARS??? That's impressive! The mental part, that's where I seem to be struggling...

Hey, thanks to everyone. May your own birthdays be half as cool as mine was!

Happy Birthday PD! I think you should take about a month off work to celebrate.

walleyesrus....seeing as how this is Monday morning and I have not even finished the first quart of coffee yet, I will take that remark as a compliment. Later in the day when the caffeine kicks in I may have a change of heart.
Hellbender is right in the center of the 10 ring on his observation of the mental side of the Welbutrin treatment. If you really and truly want to stop Imageg, it will allow you to put e'm down and never pick one up again. Hausfrau was a smoker when we met in college and continued until about five years ago. She started getting that "smoker's cough" and got scared, so she talked to our doctor about it. He put her on the program and she never lit up another one. The key to success was that she was motivated to quit.
Who knows what PD's motivation might turn out to be....but when the right set of circumstances comes together, the Welbutrin prescription really is a good way to conquer the withdrawal symptoms.
......and of course Juls likes me. I remind her of her grandfather a lot. Image Image

Hmmm...Didn't know the Davises had any Cajun in them. Still, Juls' great-grandfather must've been quite a guy! Image

Greetings from NE MN.....Back up in the great white north, saw that someone hit 50. Happy B-Day Mike.....I will drink a lot of Canadian beer for you while I am up here, and in Canada all week next week.....

Caught a 29" today...The best part was that I did not see another boat all day. God I miss living back in NE MN!!!!

Thanks, MWG. Please don't tell me any more about your trip. It's supposed to be around 100 degrees here this weekend. Image That's suffering enough, no matter what I've done.

This time of year, I miss living in NE Minnesota too--and I never have!

You can get out on most of the lakes and not see a boat all day down here, either....it's too dang hot to be out in the sun! When my daughter finalizes her plans to comee mooch off us next month, I will have her bring down a case of Molson's and a case of LaBatt's Blue and keep it chilled until September. Maybe I can find somebody to help me dispose of it at the tournament. Image

I'm too tired to think of anything funny to say...
Been on the road doing promotions. Right now, Rick and I are in Tulsa doing the WalMarts, and next week we will be in corner of NW Arkansas doing their WalMarts. It's 100 degrees out right now...Man! It sure gets HOT down here!

Stay Cool Guys!

CW,

I'm sure I could help with the proper disposal of said adult beverages.

It has been hot up here as well....well, what is considered hot up here. I have 6 cases of Kokanee (a great Canadian beer) for the trip home a week from Sunday.

Too bad I can not make the Stockton event in the fall (Manitoba Duck Opener), or I would bring some to share.
