Funny you should mention that LP. Last week was a heck of an ordeal. I'm still in remission regarding a host of issues around here that sent me over the edge.

RB: That was just one of the issues at hand. I am president of the HOA out on the Sanctuary. Good Lord if that didn't get interesting last week. This week is much better. However, there is some degree of actual work that I am having to do.
