Okay damnit. 170, you posed a question to us regarding what our thought were regarding conception of these fawns. I gave you my opinion and I want an answer. I know you have read something somewhere that will give me that answer. You can post a question on my board without giving the answer to the question. I'm considering banning your donkey.

WTF is this? I asked the question because I didn`t feel like googling the gestation period for a whitetail doe. I figured since I was posting pictures I would go ahead and ask if anyone knew. If you really need an answer I can research it for you, and post up later. Otherwise I would suggest you relax a little, and quit being such a little femaledog. This new house will drive you insane, and have you divorced before you ever get it built.
btw...how many square feet will the Snake Pit be?

4493 finished living space. Luckily, there is quite a bit of basement space unfinished for storage and bow tuning indoors. For some reason the wife felt we needed a 3 car garage as well.

I would have been very satisfied in a house 1000 square feet smaller. I can tell you this; we could have a pretty affordable place if the wife didn't wish to go with granite countertops, stone tile, hardwood everywhere, you name it. That is what is causing me stomach problems. Luckily, I have no other payments other than the house. Oh, and daycare. We'll be looking at a 3k a month house payment and I'm not terribly happy about it.

Just grin and bear it PS. After all, the real estate market hasn't crashed yet.

"Yet"
Kind of reminds me of a guy wondering what part of a woman's body is her yet.....So the story goes, that he had read in the newspaper that the woman had gotten shot and the bullit was in her "yet"...Wondered what part of her body the yet was.

Yep. After insurance and taxes, that is what I am guessing. Luckily that my takehome income is 4k, or I would be screwed.

I'd double it, then you might be close.

Do you really sell insurance, Snowflake?
Apparently you have no clue about insurance, MOCraig.
Rural properties cost a heck of alot more than urban properties. Of course when you live in a 12' pop up camper, as you do, your insurance is going to be pretty cheap.

I'm convinced that SF doesn't know what the heck he is talking about. I mean, the guy looks at a monthly payment of 3k and gets a brainfart that somehow I must be paying terribly high insurance. He doesn't have a clue how much I am even financing to begin with. Then, in his next post, he suggests I double it. I'm not sure he sells anything.
