I have alot to say, but I can't figure out how to type in, " Boomhauer "

I'm not totally inept. After about 18 beers, I can do a helluva job of talking like him. :rotfl:

My smoker is one of those short trashcan looking things with the round top. It works pretty good considering whose running it, imo.

I did see this weekend that my buddy had an electric smoker with racks and digital readout on the temp, with more gadgets and controls than were on the first space shuttle. It was going pretty good, and he had the racks stacked, but I couldn't stop thinking that that the would be perfect for boiling off moonshine. I mean ideal. I still can't stop thinking about it. I just need some mash.

Yeah, that electric smoker my budy Dave has took a long time too, and he's not a good cook, but I could see how a person could really perfect a few recipe's on a machine with that type of precision. It had chit on there I didn't even understand, so you know it was good.

I nominate that for post of the year!

I have the Char-Griller Smokin' Pro and love it. Image

Why you would want to fork with gas is beyond me. Trix are for kids and gas grills are for folks like MoCraig.
As assistant manager at Strickland Propane, I would recommend the Vaugner Char-King I'll tell yuh what! MoCraig is welcome at Strickland Propane anytime, I'll even throw in a free refill of sweet lady propane, yup!

Hey Hank, how is that piece of crap son of yours doing? I believe his name is Bobby.....Come to think of it I believe we have someone named Bobby on this here forum and I think his last job was at Sonic....Is that your boy? :rotfl: :nutz: :runaway: :runaway: :runaway: :runaway: :runaway:

It's refreshing to hear another enlightened customer speak the virtues of sweet propane and not those other bastard gasses or worse yet, charcoal! I run everything at my house using propane- even have a propane generator for my electricity. thumb2:

I just need to figure out a way to keep Dale from sneaking in and filling his portable propane tank- he claims it was Rusty Shackleford but I know better. I thought I finally caught him the other night, but it was John Redcorn sneaking into Nancy's bedroom while Dale was performing an overnight extermination job. If I catch Dale, he'll be wishing he was on an extermination job! :x

Mr. Triton, I heard there is a Bobby that logs on here, but my Bobby is too lazy to work even when it involves food so it isn't him. That boy ain't right!
