Shawn, tell your measuring guy, one side is inches, the other is metric. That ought to clear up any confusion.
He is an official guy. I didnt want to bore you with the whole line, but I can if you want. I think you would have to see them to really appreciate them.
Heck, why am I trying to explain this to dave...he's a Royal's fan...life must be tough.
