I'll step up, I've had posted changed and moderated in the past. heck, I have been banned from some other well know boards for my shenanigans but it is all good. There are some great guys here and a ton of really good stuff that goes on behind the scenes.

So I am will Hobie, I will send you my password and you can take your best shot or have JD do it. I know any of the other mods would be more than willing to help you out also.

Some people take this chit way too serious. FWIW I was not when I wrote this.

Hobie - You can defend it all you want and it was probably meant in good fun. But, you can't compare editing a post on here to sitting around bullchitting over a beer, especially when the post inidcates it was edited by the original poster and not a moderator. That would be like being able to choose the words that came out of someone else's mouth. As much as it pains me to say it, I agree with Sporty on this. I post on here what I'd say in person...to change my post would be akin to trying to change/dictate my spoken words. Sadly, some people will never understand that. It is expected, maybe even encouraged on some boards. I'd hoped this board was above that, especially given recent events on here. That's about 2 cents worth.

Fishin - I'm still working on my names. But these jacklegs are making it harder...everyone has their own opinion of what the qualifications should be and when it should be awarded. Based on Rainbows version of qualifications I thought this would be a breeze...now they're making me think. I'm still up to the challenge though....

Rainbow - you got things backwards. You get the beer in him - THEN you can get him out of that maid outfit. Or at least that's what I heard from hobie...

Does Hobie stuff the maid outfit in PS's mouth after it's removed ? I heard that's the only way to prevent " I'm a big buck killin' s.o.b. " syndrome.

You got a point there, OF. I'd never drink beer with a nekked PS. On the other hand, I'd never drink beer with a PS in a maid's dress either.

ODF, I ain't defendin nothin. I'm simply statin that throwin a big fit over somethin this insignificant is ridiculous. Wrong, right... everyone is gonna have there version of that, but when there ain't no blood... there ain't no foul. I don't see how this could even be classified as minorily hurtful given the stuff that we ALL have spewed toward each other on here, yourself and sptsmn included. On this one, I'd say someone is wearin there feelins on their shirtsleeve.

How 'bout we just chalk this all up to a difference of opinion. Many of you, including the site owner, seem to think it is OK to change someone's posts, making it appear as though it was that person's words. I don't. It seems pretty simple to me. Not worth a big battle or WWIII. We can just disagree on a basic point...

I'll consider this my little "issue" and move along. Pretty simple...
