Now, now, now MoCraig...this debate is getting old and I'm quickly losing interest, but I wanted to address a couple of your "points". I never said that speaking and writing correctly are high-brow...show me where I said that. I said
YOU had the high-brow attitude. Not because of speaking and writing correctly, but because you feel the need to correct everyone on everything. You just can't help yourself. It's annoying and is getting old and I do ignore those posts of yours. Trust me on this dude, I ain't the only one that feels this way...just one of those that speak my mind. Unlike some people on the internet, I speak my mind whether it's behind the keyboard or in person. My views don't change because of the venue through which I express them.
Now on to the rest of your message. Please don't put words in my mouth or try to "decipher" my posts. Where did I ever say I didn't enjoy the bantering? (The view #'s did not escape me either.) Where have I ever "postured" towards you or made any threats or intentions towards you that I might need others help for? You are way too impressed with your own self-worth...you ain't worth the effort. All I said was to come on down to some backwoods areas with some good ole Missouri rednecks and constantly correct their speech and grammar. They will be making as much fun of you as you are of them. I guarantee that you'll have a good time at these events, in spite or yourself!!

I got (not "have", "GOT")

friends that most people would cross the street to avoid. They have more morals, sole and character than some folks I know that have advanced college degrees. Does it make them less of an honorable/worthy person because they don't speak or write like you think they should? I write and speak professionally 40+ hours a week....out of work, I yam who I yam. Now that we've beaten this horse, can we get back to original intent of your post....to piss off our duck hunting brethern?
