The heat limited me to a few hours on the lake, and I left with 9 keepers, caught about 60 fish using a jig and niblet as the preferred bait, lots of shorts. keepers were 9 1/2-12 inchers down 12-15 feet. But I felt like a piece of toast cooking in the heat. Will prepared differently next time and hope for cooler temperatures.
