Truman Lake 7-2

Post by Bruce Carpenter » July 5th, 2005, 9:57 am

Partner and I fished till noon for crappie and boated 26 keepers, 10-12 inchers some slightly larger or smaller using jig and minnows or spoons and minnows. Fish suspended 15-20 feet down. One or two per structure and time to move, better fishing was in the wind as normal. Caught maybe 20 non keeper fish, pretty slow but still fun and a good stringer of fish. Image

right arm! But I fished Grand, Osage, Big and Little Tebo. Plus a couple of small feeder streams, like Clear Creek. Only one or two fish per brush pile then keep moving. I move a lot when I fish, If not catching keepers I am moving.
