Pretty tough hunting, but Kristen managed to get one at the last minute. She hung in there and it payed off. Check it out in the journal.

That's cool as heck.

Great job, and a busy weekend for the Aim Low group.

Great job Kristen (you too dad)!

Good deal Robin... Great to see.

A tad smaller, actually.

Thanks everyone, Kristen is still excited. I think having to wait until the last minute made it even more so for her.

That is as good as it gets, that's awesome Kristen. Congrats Dad.

Congrats to Kristen! Your patience and determination is admirable. It will definitely make some of the more "experienced hunters" second guess their own efforts.

Robin....Was this hunt also captured on video? It would definitely make a nice addition to one of your videos, not to mention probably make Kristen's day.

Was that hunt on George's place?

Nope, at Weldon Springs. By the way, we are heading to George's this weekend.

I was thinking you should. Good luck when you go. I'm going to stop by while I'm up there during gun season to say hi, and talk with a few friends in the area.

Take him some nutmeg, he loves that stuff with a little ice and whiskey. It's not a bad drink really.

Dave, why aren't you hunting?

I'll be gun hunting a new place this year north of Powersville.

I have to work this week, so I can't bowhunt until the weekend.

Why aren't you hunting? Recovering from your eyelid reduction operation?

No it's called work, Dave.

I'll be in the stand this weekend, and next Friday, before all the banging starts with the weekend warriors.
