When redbuds bloom, the hens are setting.

Who would have thought that SF would be using Old English translation in these day and times?

Like I said in the turk forum, I saw a tom breeding a hen last night.

PS - But he still used it wrong. The key in his definition is
to put . If SF was putting the eggs under the bird, then he would be "setting" the eggs under the hen. However, if a hen goes over and plops down on her nest of eggs she is "sitting" on them. Nice try SF, but you're still wrong.

Rafe - You been looking for any morels yet?

Haven't looked for any morels, but I will this weekend when turkey scouting for the Youth Hunt. Doubt that we see any, just because it's so damm dry. Maybe the rain today & tonight will help the chances, but with as much of a deficit as we have, I ain't gonna count on it.
