Mathews Outback

Post by DKI » December 8th, 2006, 10:30 pm

Mathews Outback 50-60 lb. draw weight, 28.5" draw length, with a Deluxe Whisker Bisquit QS Rest, Copper John Sight, Alpine Archery Soft Loc Quiver, Limbsavers, and a peep sight, with 6-8 Easton Axis arrows. It is 2 years old but was not shot at all this year. It is in excellent condition and I'd take $550 for it.

The part that confused me was "6-8 Easton Axis arrows". The only explanation I can come up with, is the guy must have lost a hand, so he can't count past 5 anymore and had to estimate. This would also explain why he hasn't used the bow in a year. I'm a friggin' genius, I tell ya.

DKI, you might want to try the CafeOutdoors site- I heard they have pretty good response in their Buy-Sell-Trade forum.

To the first three gentlemen that responded to this post. I do not buy chit, thus I do not sell chit, overpriced or otherwise. If you choose to shoot a Bear Whitetail II more power to you, I buy quality and I take care of it. I just sold my overpriced "chit" and I will be using all ten of my fingers to count my money!

Cup & Committed, I wouldn't be too proud of posting on this site 758 times. Get a life! However, judging by their post #'s the other two geniuses are more pathetic than you! Perhaps you should spend more time blowing on your "duck call"?

Rafe, judging from some of the photos you have posted, I doubt the part about "6-8 Easton Axis Arrows" is the only thing that confuses you.

MOCraig, perhaps if you had a used bow worth $550 you could fathom asking that much for it. My six-year old has a used toy Indian bow (it was a gift, again, I do not buy chit) I might be able to sell in your price range. Let me know if you are interested.

Now you fellows can go back to talking about kicking each others donkeys and the like and I won't bother you with any more of my "chit".

To those of you that were helpful, thank you.

Why are you using all 10 of your fingers to count to 550? We all just try to be helpful and what do we get in return, a swift kick in the gash? Image

Hi170, did you buy it from him?

While he's busy using all ten fingers, I'll just need one.

Rafe,

Same thought came to mind.

It's a shame he's gone. I think he might have had some "game" in him.
