If you fish Truman don't let anyone make you believe the spawn is over. They have been pulling water out of there for a long time and the fish haven't spawned. Friday we fished the Osage by KK island and caught fish here and there, 26 keepers. Half were females with eggs. I fished below the dam from 6:30 till dark and caught six nice whites.
Saturday morning they stopped pulling water and we fished the Osage again and started catching crappie up against the bank. 26 keepers and again about half females with eggs.
If they don't pull water I would think, this week will be very good. ML1

I also fished Truman over the weekend and while I didn't get into them as well as you did ML1, I agree the spawn isn't over. All the keeper crappie I caught had eggs or milt-they were from the Grand and Tebo Arms.
