Did anyone else read the article ripping IL for poor herd management? Thoughts?

I think it said that they have poor management, or something. Too many non-residents, trophy hunting, and high priced outfitters, and not enough does getting killed. Also poor response from conservation officers who are unable to uphold the laws or regulate county alotment tags. I didn't read the article though.

hey 170 what with this new law HB3425, that take authority away from DNR to regulate deer population and give it to local government.LP
