I would like to see that doe.
It must make the 180lb doe look like a baby.

How did you find out about this MOSpy? Have you been re-instated on at.com, or have you created, yet another, identity on there?
One day, long, long ago, there lived a woman who did not whine, nag, or bitch.
But it was a long time ago, and it was just that one day.

I don't believe I have ever heard of a doe field dressing 200 pounds. I know JT said he had one that was nearly 180 pounds and I have heard of them over 150 pounds on rare occasions. That would have to be some sort of a record I would think.

There was also a guy on AT that had a pic of a 228lb dressed doe. I don't know the real wt of course, but it was a dam big doe.
I can honestly say I've never seen a doe that I thought was over 160lbs.

Well that was an interesting trip down Memory Lane. Pretty funny too. I gotta say though, that I feel bad for that STL buck killer guy. His grammar, and spelling, have gone to shit in the past 3 1/2 years. I hope he doesn`t have a brain tumor, or something.

Robin@AimLow wrote:I don't know about all this bullet stuff and sure ain't in the mood for a fight. But, that ain't no 180 lb doe. More like 90 lbs. Better get ya a new scale or get better at guessing field dressed weights.
Robin@AimLow wrote:I have weighed dozens of deer on a scale. That ain't no 180 lbs. This deer was 191, you telling me it is within 11 lbs of it? No way.

Regardless, I have never seen a doe that would go 180 lbs. I have killed one that went over 140 and a few over 130. MBH record doe is in the 140's.
Robin@AimLow wrote:Pretty simple deal. Did you weigh it on a scale?
My profession is engineering. So yes, my attitude of an accurate estimate of weight is fitting to my profession.
I don't know what that has to do with having the world by the balls, but OK.
Again I ask, are you gonna tell me that doe is anywhere near as big as the pic of the buck I posted?

Third time I have asked, but yet you won't answer. That is anwer enough.
What does the video thing have to do with it?

I just wasted 15 minutes of valuable time re-reading all of the posts. My neck did get to hurting a little trying to figure out who (or is it whom?) was going to beat the crap out of the other.....
That's funny you don't look Druish.

Shawn congratulates Triton for wasting 15 valuable minutes by rereading the whole post

I'm going to try to clear the issue up... I haven't read the thread.
Robin didn't shoot a 200 pound doe. He was BSing about the shot distance, the penetration, the weight of the deer, etc... with a buddy of his of whom he has often discussed many of these issues with. He was being sarcastic in his post.
All of this being said, I did kill one this weekend that FD 175#s. I weighed it on certified scales so I know what the hell I am talking about.

I wouldn't qualify as an Aim-Low pro-staffer. I was thinking about that chit while I was out during rifle season not seeing a GD thing. I kept saying to myself, "It sure sucks being out here not seeing chit. I sure would hate to have all of this not seeing chit on film.". Truthfully, I think it would be a hassle to carry all that chit in just to ready yourself for the hunt. I don't have the patience for it. Just last year I started carrying a back pack. It is all I can do to make myself do that.

Why the hell would you carry a back pack? You're not hunting the forkin' arctic circle or the Rocky mountains.
