I browned a pound of bambi breakfast sausage, and made white gravy while the biscuits were baking. I scrambled four eggs, and spread them across two split biscuits, covered them with shredded cheddar, then ladled the sausage gravy over the entire mess.
Dayum ! I had a nice nap after that battle.
I'm pretty sure I'll scramble some more eggs for tomorrow night's dinner. I still gots biscuits and gravy to use.
