MOBUCK.....
How the heck are you? Man I have been away from the Conservation cafe for so long, stumbled into it yesterday and a nice guy said I would find you over here. Anyway I moved into a cush job---(in downtown Chicago) and will be able to swap stories, ideas and maybe even a spat or 2 with you from now on! Just like the good ole days! So is the usual crew from the cafe all over here? How did that all come about? If you dont remember me (I will be surprised) I was the scent guy from about a year and a half ago.....
So how was your season last year? Anything looking good for this season?

Re: MOBUCK.....
What the heck are you doing living in the big city? Yeah, it looks as if there were a lot of feathers ruffled regarding the out of state tags. Bloodtrail, Robin, and MoBuck could better explain it.

2B.. thats a good one.. Actually I am in commercial real estate, "the big time". Pretty big swing from peddeling deer urine huh? You know it was fun doing the hunting sales, I got to meet people and get lots of free stuff, but I had to find a better job ($$$)to hunt all the animals I want to harvest.LOL! It's good to be back, man I was checking out that moderator post and it looks like the old cafe. You all really got after it! is that smithcj guy here as well?

I'll be danged...good to see ya Hoyes..we thought you fell off the earth or something. I need you back..you can only pick on N2OUTDOORS for so long before that gets old. Anyhow..good to see ya. I was lucky enough to get an IL tag this year. I actually wrote an article on the subject in the latest issue of Outdoor Guide Magazine. You will have to check it out.

Re: MOBUCK.....
Nice web site! When u going to start adding to that trophy wall? LOL! Just kidding those are some dandy's! I actually finally shot my 1st PY this past season--126 and some change (BARELY MADE IT!) Now that gives me 2 for my wall up here in Chicago. Good thing I am in state for an IL tag! I wonder if they have that live in the state for a year before your a citizen of IL. Kind of like college tuition its out of state for the 1st year then your in-state. So what is new man?

Re: MOBUCK.....
Well..Im actually trying to put together a bowfishing video right now..that is taking up lots of my time. Hopefully we will have a new website up soon with lots of pictures of huge fish and a trailor for our video. "Our" means myself and Robin by the way. As far as deer, maybe this will be the year I finally get a whopper...last year I certainly had some chances but didn't capitalize on them. It was a humbling season for sure. You have some IL places lined up over there yet?

Actually can not believe the oppurtunity I got to hunt this little 120 acre plot with bio-logic and corn all over it. The people have been managing the land very well to. Bow fishing huh.... Never been but, that gator gar on your site is a Whopper! You got the video itch now huh? I just found an archery shop 1 mile from my place last night, I was starting to wonder what the heck I was going to do.

Yeah..bowfishing is kind of addicting once you get started. Sounds like you are hooked up with a good place. I will be anxious to hear how it goes for ya.
