Okay you two...get a room! Image

Counts - What are the benefits of that 7 over Pyrodex?

PS - One word...speedloaders. If it's powder or pellets, with a couple of speedloaders I can be reloaded in about 2 or 3 seconds. Of course, if you ain't already reloaded and the deer jumps up on you...well, you're rat fornicated with or without speedloaders.

Damnit I have speedloaders and I can tell you I can't do it in 3 minutes I don't think. That ramrod hurts my hand when I push down on it. Especially the hand that has the 4 screws in it from an old softball injury. I've got one of those ramrod pusher things from Thompson Center. Those are a Godsend. Image

I have not tried it, but I am told it is faster burning, easier to clean, and more importantly, fouls less.

Talked with a buddy of his last night. Apparently he was able to call his wife and said a lot of the stuff you may expect someone to say as they're dying. Very sad. His wife is about 20 weeks pregnant.

I never knew this man, but I know several folks who knew him and his wife. Thoughts and prayers to his surviving family.

Note to Smitty, PoisonSnake, whatever... this ain't about you!

I can only hope for the chance to do that when it is my time to go.
One day, long, long ago, there lived a woman who did not whine, nag, or bitch.
But it was a long time ago, and it was just that one day.

Hey gooberlips. You are right. But, this very thing happened to me the very day this happened to this fellow. I'm telling you it was a terrible feeling to see the gun falling.

On another note; where the hell have you been?
