No surprise there, they can not prosecute chit in that state.

dave t. - You have the incorrect terminology. Nothing or nobody said MJ was "innocent". Rather, he was "acquitted" of the charges because prosecution didn't prove their case. The SOB is anything but "innocent".



I'm with BB on this. Do I think he's guilty? Absolutely, at least on part of the charges. Did the prosecution prove it's case? Nope. I feel sorry for the boy...with a mother like that he never had a chance to be believable. Her putting that child in MJ's line of sight should be considered child abuse and she shouldn't be allowed to raise kids.
