Re: K Dock lately???
Alright P.D. you might want to listen to El Presidente we trolled 4 lines from 5;15 till 11;15 pm no fish not even a bassssssssss . But we did mark alot of fish in 26 to 30 feet , and a lot of suspended fish in 45to 55 feet about 20 feet down. Where ever you go this weekend good luck.

Re: K Dock lately???
Not even a bass??? That's unthinkable. Woe is me, the fishery is doomed...

Re: K Dock lately???
Meatman, I NEVER said you were a BAD fisherman, did I ? I don't think I even implied that. But if I did, I apologize. I think you did OK at Theodosia. Anyone who fishes a tournament and catches a 3 lb. walleye did GOOD. I even respect the guys that come out & fish and don't weigh in fish at the tourneys. Heck, that's hard work. I really want you to see what this Stockton tournament is all about. If you want, I can CALL your boss(I won't call him any names, but just call him)and ask(threaten
)him to let you off for the tournament. Keep trying though, as we WANT you there. If your wife won't fish it with you, you can still bring her along with your daughter and they would have fun(swimming, shoplifting, er shopping, at the shops in Stockton, or browsing)around the area. Come on, put some pressure on the ol boss. Make him a deal he can't refuse(offer to trade him two weekends in a row for this one off--its just like trying to catch a walleye, you have to baby them Heath).

I told you to take them trout fishing ? Seriously, the boat ride at the Pot Hole trolling or casting for walleyes is absolutely your BEST bet for a cool(it is actually pleasant down there even on the hottest day because of that cool Taneycomo water)and enjoyable experience. The odds of catching a walleye are greatly increased also if you fish this area. Trolling or casting for them is the ticket. The only thing you might have to consider while down there is the Gar
bite. I hear it is awesome right now.

Oh, so it's one of those things. I see. Well, if your wifeis your boss, you will have to sweet talk her a litle bit. If you decide to look into this and are going to fish and need accomodations, then let me know. I can help you find a place up that way that is not too far at the worst(maybe 10 minutes), but a place that you will enjoy being at. Hang in there Heath. Your boss needs to lighten up on you, especially if you don't do well in Iowa this week. She needs to have sympathy
for you. In all seriousness, I guarantee that if you come to this torunament that you guys will have the best time you ever had at a tournament.

Meatman; if you can't find a partner for the tournament this upcoming weekend, you might try David Fisher of Buffalo, MO(about 35 minutes from the lake. He DID fish Theodosia in May, and fished SOLO. I did give Tracker his phone number also, so I don't want to start any conflict, but if Tracker doesn't get a hold of him, you might try David. His phone number is 417-345-8628. Good Luck. We really HOPE
to see you at this tournament.
