Thanks for the invite, but whats the deal with Outdoorsgirl i mean outdoorsfool.

FatTony was proppin your forum on the cafe and that biatch outdoorsfool jumped in his chit.

Looks like a good forum but it sounds like you all can't handle Grif's no chit attitude. Is that why you started your own forum? Because you like people to polish their words before they type them. Sound like a bunch of sheep humpers to me!!!!

Other than that, glad to be here. Look foward to the discussions.

We could use some good ducker knowledge over here so please feel welcome. I was only a yankin your chain. As much as folks want to think we take things to seriously... well it's just the opposite. We like to have fun and hope knowone takes things to much to heart. The only thing serious from me is my Deer killin, I likes the Turkey killin too. Givin chit to you Duckers is right up there at the top of the fun charts. So bring one, bring all. We got you covered. Image Image

I personally feel that duck hunters play an important role in preserving the quality of my outdoor experience.

They help keep me from slippin in duck chit while I'm a chasin deer Image Image

I turkey, deer, pheasant, rabbit, tree rat, and quail hunt also. But really Between Turkey and Duck. Those are the only sports that require skill. Anyone can deer hunt, hell they are color blind. And it ain't like they come to calls really to speak off. I mean is there a comeback deer call, greeting/feeding, hail call, however i think they have a doe and grunt but those are'nt one single call with multiple purposes right? I mean you just blow in those calls right? Duck and Turkey have a language. Anyone can kill a deer with a gun. I'll give you this, Bowhunting is different, with the scentlock and scent control. You do have to have them closer to bowhunt.

And among other things i would probably feel deer hunting was a challenge if i bowhunted. But that falls right in the middle of the greatest time off the year and it's sacrilidge in my house to stalk some goat when you got birds flyin!!

Just my 2 scents, rather 2 cents!!!

C&F, I pretty much agree with you. I only mentioned my primary directives. I have killed pretty much anything that walks, crawls, or fly's at one time or another. That includes ducks. Image Rifle hunting for deer I'll agree, is not all that challenging. However, I have scared off more mature bucks than I have killed using Archery methods. I find it challenging to say the least. Now their are always exceptions to the rule but for the most part. It takes quite alot of woodsmanship, stealth, patience, etc to pull that one off. Heck, even noisy clothes has done me in on a quiet day Image

The hell it is. Duck hunting is the reason I gave up bow hunting. Got invited once to go duck hunting about 5 years ago and haven't even thought about bow hunting since then. Sold the bow and all the equiptment for it two years ago and don't regret it. Duckin' is the only way to go during the season.

Turkey, deer, quail, ducks, geese, etc. All the skill in the world is only gonna help so much ifn you don't have a good spot . I used to think flooded timber full a mallards was next to heaven. Now I think the damn ducks are eatin my bucks acorns.
