Yesterday AM, Webb City/Joplin was $2.49. Later in the morning, it was $2.69. This morning, the stations I passed were all showing $2.89. A 40 cent jump in a little over 24 hours.

Weeelllllll JimDog, so is it just me that's seeing the black helicopters now? 30 cent price jump overnight with absolutely no change in cost to the fuel that's in the tanks. Image

You know what really pisses me off is that during 9-11 they prosecuted people for price gouging and they didnt raise the price nearly as much as they have during the past couple of days. Some need to have their donkey charged with price gouging. I think they are Image with us.

Did you guys happen to watch either Fox or CNBC last night? On one of the shows, it showed a black lady cop with a cart going down through a Wal-Mart aisle. I don't know if she was looting or what, but it sure seemed as if that were the case.

Yeah, when the camera came up to her, she pushed her shopping cart away and told the reporter she was "doing my job. Looking for looters," and she walked in the opposite direction as the camera from that point on. Wouldn't let her face be seen on film, even though they'd already busted her. It was pathetic.

They are Image us and I feel violated. Go to Kuwait and then tell me if their per capita ownership of Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, RR, and other exotics can match any other country in the world. Supply and demand, the supply is there and the demand for it is phenomenal. Like a crack whores, we are dependant on imported oil and we will pay whatever price they want us to.

I filled up Tuesday for $2.37. Yesterday it jumped up to $2.49. Today it was $2.79 when I fill'd up a gain.....it cost me $11 for 4 gallon I think. By the time I had walk'd in and paid they had changed the sign to $2.99.ImageImageImage

I did here that the EPA passed a deal today where gas producers DO NOT have to meet the EPA regs to drop the prices back down. But I don't know and I am pretty sure they don't have a clue either.

You know how I posted up above there a little bit ago that Joplin hit $2.89 this morning? Well, we're sitting on $2.99 as of 2:30PM. I did manage to top off my tank in Webb City for $2.79 just before coming home.
