Poison Snake

Post by Showme » October 5th, 2005, 11:42 am

Do not take this as a personal attack or otherwise, I am just asking a question based upon observations.

Now in the past, all the way back to the old sight, you have hailed to be the "killa". Don't you have to spend time in the woods to be a "killa"?

Man, are you taking your career more seriously, is being a dad bringing you down or what? In order to kill deer, don't you have to put stand time in to be effective?

"It is too hot" "I have a teaching something or other to attend" "I have to go to Bald Knob" "I have sand in my gina"

Never before would I have ever expected to hear these type of excuses out of you.

I dare say, you are becoming one of us....the normal folk Image

Dabs, I can attest to his ability to be a killa, as displayed by his deer racks/heads hanging on my wall, in my basement.

And I can attest to you being a flamer, since your trophies are displayed on walls that are "Bonjour Beige."

Snow, have you thought about selling those things on Ebay. You know PS will never want those back, dont you? He has abdicated his power around the house and it doesnt seem like it will be getting any better in the near future. Image

Triton - It's abdicate, not addicate.

Yes, I've thought about listing them on Ebay. A contract was signed for 6 mos, at the end of the contract, if they're still there, they will be sold, or used as chew toys for my yellow lab.

Don't be a hater, Rafe.

I can't help it that I have an eye for interior decorating. Besides, I bet you painted some walls at the new shop Bonjour Beige.

I for one, think it's been too hot. Image

But with this front moving through, I'll be out this evening and tomorrow.

Oh, Snow, secretly hoping that your house has the same color design as a flower shop is pure gay. Homo-maximus.

Dabs: Used to, I would spend every free moment that I had in a treestand. I felt like I just had to be there. But, in the last 3 years, I have learned a lot by what I consider are mistakes. For the most part, I only hunt a perfect wind or a perfect stand anymore. Furthermore, I don't get off on whacking deer like I used to. It is just a big pain in the donkey to process them and all. Most of the deer I have killed have come in about a month long period beginning about November 1 and ending the first week or so of December. Then, I have killed a couple dandies in January. So, I am not too fired up yet. I've already passed on a couple shot opportunities at decent bucks. If I had shot either I would have been crucified by the likes of 2B.

Now, to the becoming normal issue. Yes, I am trying to spend as much time as I can with my daughter. Yes, I am busy as Hades at work. Yes, my gina always hurts. But, I have a personal goal this year for sure. I'll let you know if I meet that goal come January 15th. I'm ready and cocked you can rest for certain. Here lately, I have been rubbing every fencepost in my backyard and there is a scrape under every tree.

That is answer I was lookin for. It was kind of a test.

Here is my analogy - three years ago, you were the young little bull that wanted to run down the hill and fornicate a cow....you have transformed yourself into the older bull that knows if you walk down the hill you can fornicate with multiple cows Image Image

I would almost gaurantee you are going to start killing more deer with the new approach!

Secret hunting terminology. If you ever get up to that level, I'll explain, but your not there yet.
