Right. If he had been a bomber.... a push of a button would have changed this whole scenario.
BUT, there is more to the story here... He was severe Bipolar and the wife was running after saying he's my husband and he's crazy... Perhaps, the question should be, Should mentally disturbed people be out amongst the rest of us...well.... anywhere near me?

In the old days the guy would have been in a cage... naked... and getting hot/cold therapy. Boiling water.... ice water... boiling water then ice water.... sounds like that would stabalize your mood, huh?
