need help with avatar

Can any you fellas help me with my avatar. Keeps telling me needs to be 80 x 80 pixels or less. Not sure what that means and how to make the picture smaller for it to work as an avatar.

I confess, I'm a rookie at this. I only get to do this about 3 or 4 times a year. I have a real job and don't get to sit at a computer all day long like all you fellas.

Being witty or cunning has nothing to do with your job Larry. It is inherent. You can use it to your advantage as well, whether it be in your job, on the basketball court, or out in the woods. There are some folks that know where it is that a big buck is gonna travel because they think like a big buck. Then, there are those that depend upon others to put them in those places. Oh, and there are also those of us who are cunning and lucky as heck. That is the best of both worlds.

Larry, I can't help you with the cunning part. But, I will let you suck my peter to gather some of my mojo.
