Hey now, this ain't one of them fuggin' airboats like y'all gots at the throwdowns, is it? Image Yeah, I shot you my #'s and e-mail and I'll be checking PM's. Let me know day and time.

I've been busy fishing with the curtain climber, but we've made a play date for the woods tomorrow evening. Might get out a bit tonight, but schedule is kind of tight.

Went out this afternoon to a honeyhole along the muddy bottoms. Did not find a one, very dry.

And just where you gonna get this rain from, fish? Best I've seen is "chance of scattered, isolated storms". Maybe

Found about 2 dozen good 'uns yesterday in Barton County. Big and in good shape. Hope they keep poppin' in the next couple weeks before the grass and weeds get too tall.

They're up in Western MO/Eastern KS. I found about two dozen or so over the weekend from my place. A coworker found about a dozen on his place.

A few I found were fresh, but many were probably a week old. They were found on southeast facing hillsides receving lots of sunlight.

I think the rain and temps we are expecting this week will make next weekend worthwhile.
