We've had em around here for 16 years and the house hasn't fallen down,no leaks in the basement, no trees missin either,the garden is the same, gives somethin for the cats to do...in other words...what the he11 is the problem with you for them being around ??? They didn't make your basement leak for sure.

Rats also burrow holes. If you haven't seen them, what lends you to think they are chipmunks? Not that there is much difference between the two...but still in the same.

shoot to kill - put the darn bow away and go full assault on them like Dave-Twarmouth advised. Set up a trail cam on them so you can identify them and pattern the time they come and go.

.22 subsonics or birdshot should do the trick. Then load them up in the cockwagon and take them to the cockdump. Or just have her get them from the beginning

Where Craig lives, his neighbors would hold rally's and picket his house if he was caught shooting a furry little creature like a chipmonk or squirrel.

Thanks MoC, glad you approved....Chipmunks const me about $250 by eating some wires to my injectors about a year ago...Funny, Ford didnt warrenty it...I hates me some of those little furry buggers. Kill em all, I say....Kill em all and along with squirrrels who ate through my shake shingle roof about 3 or 4 different times and I had to have that repaired too.....

Do you even know how quiet .22 rat shot is? It's not really that bad imo. Trust me, I can show you how to crack a window open silently, and in slow motion, and bring the gun into postion with the utmost of stealth.

The rat shot is #12 shot, and wouldn't have the power scratch the paint on your cockwagon from 30yds out.
