I say leave them alone. Just because you can't afford to go on one of those hunts you whine like babies quit your whining pony up the cash and go .......................................................................................................................................................Actually those people suck, I just thought I'd get you all going LOL.

BJ, you're a laugh a minute. That is true comedic genius.

I went on a fenced hunt once. Pigs in Oklahoma... Some guy invited me, said it was like a ranch. Never even know there was a fence there. It was pretty cheap, a couple of bills, so I paid and signed up.

I show up and see a fence corner with 30 pigs all hudled up and looking scared to death. Turns out to be about 20 acres. I was mortified. I already paid, and I didn't know what to do. I decided to just kill one for the meat.

I shot my pig in about 7 minutes and spent the rest of the morning watching the horror of a archery slaughter from the rest of the 17 members hunting in this godforsaken deal.

Honestly as I walked in there, I passed by a pot bellied pig that almost followed me as I walked bye. The guy said not to shoot that one as he was saving it for his son.

As I walked out, I watched another member stalk up on it like it was the wildest beast on the planet. All the while it was standing there watching not giving a chit. He got to 25 yards and stuck it. It just laid down and started to squeel. He walked up to it and yelled at me what do I do? I just looked at him and said finish it off. He asked me how.

I just walked away and spent the rest of the day field gutting hogs for people as my own punishment for doing something as stupid as that.

Two Tall is a can hunter!!!! Now that is funny.

I wouldn't be surprised if that story had come from MOCraig or Rafe for that matter, but not Two Tall.

Sadly it's true... I can't tell you how miserable of an experiance that was.... What made it worse than anything else was watching these guys get so worked up over it. They were pumped up and high fiving when they'd kill one. I thought about jabbing a muzzy in my own throat at one point.

I was 21 years old and learned my lesson on that deal.

Honestly I don't think you can really appreciate fair chase till you've experiance just how pathetic the other side is.

I will tell you this much though. From that day on I commited myself to working hard for what I kill and making everthing and every animal count. Never again will I do that, and I will judge anyone who does it with the feeling that it is sporting.

I think I am pretty safe from ever experiencing something of this nature. When someone starts talking about a hunting trip costing more than a couple of hundred bucks, I begin to research the matter with significant intrigue to make certain I am getting my monies worth. Most of the time, I just keep my money in my pocket when someone begins talking a trip to here and there.

The above pertains to fishing trips too.
