It's the size of the deer, it's an optical illusion.

I wish...

Dave...you should work at the carnival, you hit that one on the head. A little bit of a change in the last year.

I've been told that so many times you wouldn't believe it.

Dave would make a good bearded lady.

From the pictures I?ve seen you are hardly on first name terms with Jenny.

No gimmicks here, a healthy diet and exercise (avg 8-10 miles per day). No wonder drugs or bogus videos. All it takes a plan, a set of goals, determination, 100% dedication, running shoes and NO excuses. You should try it.

Not to mention every 25 lbs lost gives you another 1" on your DIK. I can see mine...don't you wish you could see yours?

If I ran 8-10 miles per day, I'd look like an Ethiopian.

Toby, you seriously run 8-10 miles per day?

I recently ran in a half marathon, and I couldn't hardly find time to run 5 miles a day. Do you work? Image

Wow?that is kind of scary but he is right. I do work and I too struggled finding the time. I had to get creative with my running schedule. Not to mention, my pace has significantly increased since I started. I get up between 4:30-5:00AM and run 4-5 miles then I run the other 4-5 miles every night after the kids go to bed. My 5 mile average is about 37-39 min.

It?s awesome you did a ? marathon. I?ve been considering it. It?s definitely a commendable accomplishment.

Well I'm running in another half marathon in April in St. Louis. You could do it very easily, since you're running that much already. Just throw in some long runs, and speed workouts, you'd have it made.
