It is kind of nice watching deer around the Sanctuary. Saw two 2.5 year olds fighting last night and a nice 2.5 year old cruising this morning. Right now I am relaxing. I'll be on vacation the week of gun season.

Well thank you, Mr. MOCraig sir.
We did have a nice day- Peggy made her famous Frito Pie and I got out my old Char-King propane grill and seared up some delicious T-bone steaks. I didn't get any propane accesories for my birthday-already have them all- but did get a new bagger for my riding lawnmower. Bill and Bobby made a mess eating the food and even Ladybird got some leftovers. Even Khan quit calling me a "redneck hillbilly" for once. of course, Bill, Dale, Boomhauer and I had a couple of rounds of good old Alamo beers in the alley afterwards.
Yup, not a bad day for my birthday at all.
